This has been my main focus for 5 years. When I started on this it was a simple CRM system with 4 streams. Over time we made it more targeted and intelligent in order to appeal to where the contact is in their relationship with MINI.
I head the team that develops a CRM System for MINI Canada. This role not only required me to handle the copywriting duties, but I also work with the client to devise the strategy and take on project management duties to ensure the growing content in the vast system is being developed on track.
